What's the typical project timeline?

Do you work remotely?
Yes. Most work can be done remotely. For some projects, especially early discovery work, on-site time is helpful but not required.

Audits are flat-fee. Build projects are quoted per-project based on scope. Ongoing support is hourly or by project. I don't do retainers — you pay for work, not for access.
